Two graduation posts back-to-back is crazy, but here we are! 😂

Anyways... cheers to another degree and FIVE certificates! 🎓🥂

(Each slide will have its own caption to continue my message because I wrote too much for a single caption…sorry lol)

I had so much fun during this program! I made incredible friends, became THE KNIGHTRO (our mascot 🤭), and had the opportunity to help put on events.

My amazing teacher, Amber Retsky (the beautiful bride 💍🤍), nominated me for GOAL (Georgia Occupational Award of Leadership), and from there, my last year became absolutely CRAZY.

(BTW, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Amber Retsky. She is one of the greatest teachers, mentors, supporters, and friends I’ve ever had the pleasure of learning from and meeting. 🫶🫶🫶)

I was honored to become WGTC’s Student of the Year and GOAL winner, which led me to join four student organizations in various roles:
•President of D.I.S.H. (Driven Individuals in Service and Hospitality), where I helped form the organization
• Vice President of SkillsUSA
•Member of NTHS (National Technical Honor Society)
•Member of FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America)

Along the way, I placed:
🏅 3rd in Customer Service at the SkillsUSA State Competition
🏅 1st in Foundations of Hospitality Management and 3rd in Job Interview at the FBLA State Leadership Conference
🏅 4th in Foundations of Hospitality Management and 8th in Job Interview at the FBLA National Leadership Conference

Throughout this journey, I was featured in the Student Spotlight, selected for “I Am a Knighthawk,” and had the incredible honor of serving as the student speaker at graduation.

I also had the honor of serving as an NTHS State Officer, briefly serving as Vice President.

My time at West Georgia Technical College has officially come to an end, and I am beyond grateful for everything this school has given me. From high school until now, WGTC has provided me with opportunities I never imagined and helped shape the path I’m on today. I can’t wait to see what the future holds!

To everyone who supported, encouraged, taught, cheered me on, or simply made this experience unforgettable—THANK YOU. I had the privilege of meeting some of the BEST pe

End of an era. ❤️‍🩹

Twenty years.

It’s hard to put into words what this home has meant to me. It has been so much more than just a house -it’s been the backdrop to my childhood, my family, and so many chapters of my life.

These walls have witnessed countless celebrations, birthdays, milestones, laughter, tears, heartbreak, healing, and growth. They hold the memories of family and friends we’ve loved and lost, the paw prints of every dog that made this place home (or their play date space), and moments that have shaped me into who I am today.

This was the house that was always full - either with people or dogs. The home where everyone gathered. The place friends and family knew they were always welcome. If these walls could talk, they would tell stories of endless laughter, late-night conversations, birthdays, house parties, sleepovers, braais, celebrations, milestones, and memories that will stay with us forever. It truly became known as the hangout house.

Every corner tells a story, and every room holds a memory. Some are filled with pure joy, others with sadness, but I wouldn’t trade a single one. I’m so incredibly grateful for every experience this home has given me. 🩷

To the new family who will call this place home, I hope it brings you as much love, happiness, and unforgettable memories as it did for us. And just so you know… yes, you really can fit 400 people here. 😅

It’s impossible to share every photo that captures the life we’ve lived here, but these are just a few of the memories I’ll carry with me forever. 🩷🏡
