It was a post like this that made me see what I was doing. I was STARVING myself. It still took several months of barely eating and suffering through hours of cardio at the gym with the same result before I finally admitted it but that post got me thinking. My body was not made to be skinny. My body was made to be strong. That DOES NOT mean that I am fat. When I finally took the leap and started training my body the way it’s designed to be trained I began to feel so much better. Not only has my confidence gone up but I have so much energy and am actually enjoying myself during my workouts. I will never have long skinny legs and a thigh gap but I will have strong and toned legs that are just as beautiful. I hope I can reach at least one person with this post. I want to change someone’s life like someone else changed mine. So listen to me... you are not too fat or too thin. You are beautiful. Don’t spend your time trying to make yourself look like someone else. You will never be satisfied. Take advantage of what you have and make the most of it. The people tagged in this post are all people who have helped reach this point and I’m so thankful to all of you. This is just the start of my journey but I’m so grateful to have so many people who love me and support me as I go.
