it's taken me a bit to go through all the pictures and find the words to describe how truly amazing this trip was - i don't think i ever actually will. south africa will always have a place in my heart and gave me friendships i know will last a lifetime. i already miss constantly giggling and all the belly laughs we shared (i really think it was the most i have ever laughed in two weeks). the resilience and strength i was able to see from our entrepreneurs and everyone we met was astonishing. you can have so little yet have everything because you have God - and the people we met really showed that truth. this challenged me and strengthened my own faith, allowing me to reflect on what i am relying on in everyday life. is it the things i gain from the world? or is it truly having a relationship with God? that’s something i will continue to learn and work on, but my heart is so full along with my camera roll of pictures i’ll never stop scrolling through. didn’t know it was possible to miss a group of people and a place this much! forever grateful for this trip 🫶🏻
