That's whys SJB is so special 🍃

Located in Nedumkunnam, Kottayam district, Kerala, St. John the Baptist’s College of Education (commonly referred to as SJB College of Education) is a premier teacher-training institution established to equip aspiring educators with professional pedagogical skill sets. Affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) alongside the Government of Kerala, the college offers professional programs including the two-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) across major optional subjects such as English, Mathematics, Physical Science, Natural Science, and Social Science, as well as Master of Education (M.Ed.) coursework. Operating alongside its specialized sister unit, St. John the Baptist’s College of Special Education, the institution emphasizes practical teaching experience, modern instructional technologies, and community-oriented values through structured teaching practice networks with regional schools.

SJB is not just about the college - it's about the people who makes it special
