Man, what a morning! Huge thank you to every single Tone Setter who came out, showed love, brought good energy, and helped make our first run one to remember. 🙏🏾

This first run really meant a lot to me. Seeing everybody come together, push themselves, support each other, and bring the vision to life was special. Whether you ran, jogged, walked, cheered somebody on, or just came out to support — I truly appreciate you.

This community is only possible because of the people who show up and believe in what we’re building. ❤️

Big moves! 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥

Today I had the opportunity to partner with lululemon (for the day) and test out some of their running gear! What makes this even crazier is they found me through the running challenge and the content we’ve been creating.

What started as simply running 1 mile every day with different people continues to open doors I never expected. Just another reminder to keep showing up, stay consistent, and trust where the journey takes you. 🙏🏾
