Pushing and seeing each other to the finish line every workout … It’s what our community at CFS is about. We want to see everyone win!

We care about working out, of course, but our community is just as important as our fitness.

Something happens when we sweat together. Our shared suffering brings us together, forging a supportive community full of people interested in health, wellness, and constantly striving for improvement.

Community is important. People who work out with a friend say they enjoy it more, push harder, and meet their goals faster.

If you’ve been exercising solo, come stop in and workout with our welcoming community!

Friends and Family week begins next Monday! Sign up link is in the bio!
