Another Before & After transformation.

Same raw footage. Completely different viewing experience.

For this edit, I focused on professional color grading, animated captions, motion graphics, smooth transitions, sound effects, background music, and better pacing to make the content more engaging and visually polished.

Good content deserves editing that keeps people watching.

I don't believe in adding effects just for the sake of it. Every element should have a purpose — to capture attention, improve retention, and make the message easier to understand.

If you're creating valuable content and want your videos to look more professional and engaging, feel free to DM me.

Let's take your content to the next level.

Your body is your business card. And you can’t fake it.

Before you say a single word — your body already told the room everything about you.

Your discipline. Your consistency. Your respect for yourself. Whether you show up or whether you make excuses.

You cannot buy a fit body. It’s not a car. It’s not a watch. It’s not something you can put on a credit card.

It is a receipt.

A receipt of every early morning you chose to get up when you didn’t want to.
Every meal you tracked when it was easier not to.
Every training session you showed up for — rain, hail, or shine.

That receipt follows you into every room. Every meeting. Every deal.

I have landed business deals because of how I carry myself.
I have earned respect before I opened my mouth.
Not because of what I was wearing. Not because of what I was driving.
Because of what I showed up as.

That same discipline doesn’t stay in the gym.

It bleeds into your relationships.
It bleeds into your business.
It bleeds into your life.

So start there. Build the habit. Show up every day — not for the result, but for the receipt.

Early morning swim, run, or gym. Track your food. Respect the process.
Not for 6 days. Not for 6 weeks. For life.

This is a marathon, not a race.

What if the most powerful thing you could do for your business, your relationships, and your life — started with how you treated your body?

Before you criticise someone who has built a strong physique — understand what it took. Because it tells you everything about who that person is when no one is watching.

If you want to fight a good fight — you’ve got to be in the best shape to fight it.

So I’ll ask you this —

What are you competing for?

The value of friendship and having the “right” people in your life is truly unbelievable, especially when you live abroad.

You may notice that you act differently with different people. When someone is kind, honest, positive, and supportive, it’s easy to be yourself. When you feel pressure, jealousy, or fake friendship, you change your behaviour – and that’s a sign to act accordingly.

Some friends have been with me for a very long time. Some are recent additions to my life, but they have already become irreplaceable.
Love you, my dear friends, for your energy and all the great time we spend together!

❗️Disclaimer: not all my favourite people are in this short reel! Love you, my friends from all over the world! ❤️

——

Today I want to honour the incredible women in this community.

The women who come to sunrise yoga, sit in circle during full moon ceremonies, and show up for 1:1 sessions doing the deep work of healing and growth.

The women who have supported me, laughed, danced & swam with me! Cried with me! Mentored me.

Honouring us women who are emotional beings and cyclical beings!

Honouring all women who reach their 40s suddenly experiencing changes in their body without fully understanding what is actually happening.

Perimenopause can bring shifts in sleep, energy, mood and hormones. Confusion, loneliness and despair.

Understanding this transition can help us support our bodies with more compassion and knowledge.

To honour International Women’s Day I’m hosting a free webinar to talk about perimenopause and answer your questions.

Tuesday 10th March 730pm on zoom! Link in bio.

“Are you noticing changes in your body in your 40s or 50s? Comment ‘webinar’ and I’ll send the details.”

Link in bio to register.
Love Chrissie xx

She’s the presence you notice before you understand why.
Not because she’s louder than everyone else.
Because she knows exactly who she is.

You don’t have to be loud to be powerful.
You don’t have to follow a trend to be seen.

If you’re ready to step into that version of yourself, I’ll meet you there.
