My FOURTH annual Bootcamp + Bites @sobewff is almost here ❤️ and every single year this event holds such a special place in my heart.

I’m honored to host this alongside @chefirvine each year, and it has truly become one of my absolute favorite moments during the South Beach Food & Wine Festival. This is so much more than just a workout. It’s an experience. It’s about health, wellness, community, and truly feeding your soul in all the right ways.

During the event, we share an incredibly powerful and beautiful message, we run the boardwalk together, and we create a space filled with energy, motivation, and connection. It’s something I look forward to all year long.

There are still a few tickets left and I will be placing the link in my bio. This event WILL sell out, so grab your spot while you can. Your ticket includes swag, food, drinks, an unforgettable workout, and some of the best vibes Miami has to offer.

I cannot wait to see you all there ❤️

Always grateful for these amazing women in my life and so many more. They lift me up on days when they don't even realize they are. No matter far or near I carry them with me. I feel their strength and love everyday. We call, we text, we are FAMILY! ❤️❤️ Without them I wouldn't be ME!

Thank you for being my friend. Love you all

Ohio you have been real. 🤣
Ladies no media, no messaging, no person speaking from a podium should ever sale you on less - that women won’t be happy with their independence, their own careers, families on their terms + financial income.
Wide open spaces… 🗣️🗣️🗣️
So proud to be around such dynamic women who bring out the best and fun in each other!
Thankful for this community!
A time was had! ❤️❤️

Straight outta London by way of Poland 🇵🇱➡️🇬🇧 @gorskytattoos brought his A-game to Inked Miami after crushing it at the convention. With his incredible talent in realism and surrealism, he created some jaw-dropping pieces that you can’t miss.

Keep an eye out—we’ll be sharing more of his epic creations soon!

Damian and Aneta, thanks for an amazing week. You left us inspired! Can’t wait to have you back in March!

Monday will find YOU!!! 😳

Make sure you attack it, don't hide behind "tomorrow".

Did you move your body yet?!
Promise you you'll feel better if you do!

I had at least 4 excuses not to move this morning. One of them being no weights just KBs, and only 30s and 35s. I made them work for ME!

Where there is a will, there is a way!

Happy birthday to my best friend, ride or die, wifey extraordinaire!!! As you always say, baby, you get what you put out into the universe…and I’m not at all surprised to see the outpouring of love for you on your big day. From birthday banners at work to birthday shout outs from our Rachel Fitness community to a dizzying number of text messages and phone calls, it’s clear that the world sees exactly who you are. Loving, loyal, kind, devoted, and passionate about your family, friends and your work. I am so lucky to be your wife. Happy birthday, baby!!! #kara2424
