'Home' performed at our extra special Berlin concert. Captured by @timo.sturmer ♥️

A wonderful moment when we came out into the audience, and the disco ball speckled starlight on the moment

Gorgeous x

We're on tour for another 8 shows only. And it's a very special show, full of affection, silliness and connection x

I came off the stage in @lidoberlin last night & sighed to Aidan and Caoimhe "that was a perfect gig".
Just so much love in the room.

Beautifully captured by @timo.sturmer

I looked around at so many faces I adore, in one room, so many people who got me to this place in my life... and was brought to think about all the faces I hold in my mind. Even saw a guy that looked like Kevin in the room. Thinking about SJ who I met at the Ireland shows who is facing the end of her life, she came with her friends to celebrate life at our concert. Thank you SJ X This tour is profound for me.

And thank you Berlin. My home x

We stood in the centre of the room and sang together, all of us audience (someone said the show was sold out) and we became a band.
The stuff of magic for me, to feel so relaxed on the day of a homecoming show, I felt held by the world.

Huge thanks to every one who has made this tour happen. I'm feeling so loved. I'm resting well too. Made a nourishing vegetable soup for the gang and I'm gonna stay in bed all day tomorrow

Love ya

Walbo x

TOUR LOG! GERMANY + AUSTRIA STARTS THIS THURSDAY!

At the very first show of the Ireland tour, just before we went on stage, I said to @caoidebarra that "I'm sad, because as soon as we start the tour, that means it has to end". That's how special this tour is... from the first moment.

Look, there's not a million tickets left for the upcoming GERMANY & AUSTRIA TOUR, so make sure you secure yours and THANK YOU to everyone who has got theirs so far ♥️

And HOW do we thank everybody that took part in the adventure? The heart and soul that was poured into our adventure 😭 firstly my Management @karaktermanagement making it all happen, @unamolloy our Booker for her magic, our friends taking care of us. The venues lovingly greeting us, the gifts people graced our stage with, the hugs after the show, the promoters, the managements, the staffs, the team, our Aidan, Caoimhe and Brian .... it has taken two weeks to collect my brain and make this video!

Next chapter - Thursday we leave for the German Austria tour... and we have so much more to give

Opening up the shows is the extra special Caoi de Barra 🥳

♥️ October tour dates ♥️ ..... my favourite of the year is October... it's a spellbinding time time to be creative and make music with friends, to travel hours from tree to tree, house to house, lay our beautiful stage down, light it up in the most gorgeous mood... our special guest opener is @caoidebarra ✨

Here you see that I've been rebuilding my world again since we toured around Ireland, so lovingly.... a world to sing and talk about since we last all saw each other. It's FOUR years since we last held time together...

Right now, in this video Marion Aulinger @marionaulinger is deep in her new work, her husband Daniel Trattler @danieltrattler digs deeper into writing his book. My partner Tracey K cosily plays cards in our cubby after tending to her food garden all day. Dee Mulrooney @deemulrooney is seen generously crafting the banners for our stage, as Richie Heffernan builds the moment with his eyes....

Aidan just completed engineering an actual record breaking 154 hr choir and @caoidebarra is preparing her songs opening up the shows of the tour in the city

And we are ready. We had an extremely special Irish Tour and we are ready again to talk to you, to hold your and our time in our hands, what a gift it is to share new memories through music with you....

We have so much to sing about... even if it's just about Dolly and Ed, definitely about our future and our community!

We leave for the first show on Thursday

See you there. Tell a friend, it's the best way to let people know, tickets link is in the bio x

And as always... thank you x

Love,
Wal ♥️
