A saying I have heard many times in my life is - all good things come to an end - most of the time I would ignore it because softball felt like something I could hold onto forever, but sadly my time to hang up the cleats has come!
The past 13 years of my life have brought me more joy than I could even describe. All the tears, laughter, pain, money, miles, friendships, and second families are something I will never take for granted. Softball isn’t what defined me as a person but it did help shape many of the qualities I have today. The lessons I have learned from this sport and these people I will hold with me forever.
To my parents thank you for the countless hours you spent with me at the ball fields in a different city every weekend. The money for gas and food and the many tournament shirts I’ll never wear. And most of all the long nights and car rides were my favorite part was just spending time with ya’ll.
My teammates, friends, and coaches, thank you for all the countless memories. The late nights in hotels, many QT stops, the rants, the frustration, the laughter, and the memories. I have learned something from every person I have ever been on a team with and for that I am grateful! Some of them I now consider my other families and some close friends but each and every one of you have impacted my life in so many amazing ways.
So at the end of the day I won’t remember the losses, the errors, the strikeouts, or the torn labrum. I will remember all the good memories I will now keep with me forever!

I didn’t want to be making the post this early at all but I’m so blessed to be apart of this team I truly appreciate and love every single girl on this team and I know we didn’t finish how we wanted but we finished together. I will miss all of my seniors and I want to thank them for being the most supportive teammates and best upperclassmen! 1 year down and 3 more to go so I will be making the most of them! Slow-pitch next. I’m super thankful for my fast pitch freshman season

My junior fastpitch season may have ended sooner than I ever wanted, but I’m so thankful for every moment I got to spend on the field with my girls. I hate that I won’t get to finish it with my team, but I couldn’t be more proud of us and everything we’ve been through together. I love this team more than I could ever put into words, and no matter where I am, I’ll always be cheering my girls on. 🤍 (also let’s go win state again☺️)
