“There’s math in dancing now” 😅 @karensobt

Yes, geometry 😌

Welcome to the Axis Method, built by me, @meloomat. I’m glad we got to work, drill, and find our vibe by the end. The best part is watching everything we apply start to click and seeing it make sense in both the mind and the body.

After all that… dance first, think later 😅

DM me to book your private session ✨ Let’s get to work!

The toughest thing for a dancer or anybody that dances is to unlearn something that we’ve been doing for so long…

Well @karensobt is amazing at that, rebuilding foundations… can’t wait to show more of what we have been working on… trust the process

Make sure you Dm and book your private !

PRIVATE SESSIONS ✨ Day one of 5 with @karensobt

A little recap of what happens when we get to work one-on-one.

Private sessions are about more than learning choreography. It’s a space where we can slow things down, identify what YOU need, and build from there. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced… we all got work to do .

Depending on your goals, we can work on:
• Foundations & technique
• Musicality, rhythm & groove
• Freestyle & movement vocabulary
• Confidence and movement quality
• Body awareness & coordination
• Performance & stage presence
• Choreography
• Developing your own style and identity
*build your playlist

Whether you’re looking to strengthen your foundations, get out of your head when you freestyle, prepare for a performance, or simply feel more confident in your dancing …we create a progression that makes sense for where you are.

📍 Montréal
Private 1-on-1 sessions available.

Ready to work? Comment or Send me a DM with “PRIVATE” and let’s build. 🤞🏾
