Mother’s Day hits different for me.

Not just because I’m a mom now—but because I was raised by a strong, single mama and five older sisters.
(Yes… all six of us start with a K 😅)

Our house was full of hand-me-downs, late-night laughs, and hard lessons. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned—it’s that the women around you shape you.

They influence how you care for your body.
How you speak to yourself.
How you show up in the world.

That’s why this round of the 21-Day Summer Reset Challenge means so much to me.
It’s not just about food or workouts.
It’s about healing patterns, rebuilding energy, and doing it together.

So this Mother’s Day, instead of flowers or another brunch...
💛 What if you gave (or shared) something that actually lasts?

Join with your mom, daughter, sister, or best friend—and take this journey side by side.

✅ Clean eating plan
✅ Grocery lists + prep help
✅ Optional workouts
✅ Mindset + habit coaching
✅ Community + coaching support

We start May 14, and spots are limited so I can coach each woman closely.
🎁 Use code 5OFF if you join with someone and save $5 each!

🌟 BALANCED HALLOWEEN TIPS FOR PARENTS 🌟

We’re all hearing about avoiding labels like “good” and “bad” foods, but let’s talk about practical balance for Halloween candy! Here’s how I handle it to keep the fun while helping my kids build a healthy relationship with treats:

1️⃣ Fuel First: I make sure my kids have a nourishing, filling dinner before we go trick-or-treating. This way, they’re not hungry and tempted to fill up on candy alone.

2️⃣ In-the-Moment Fun: We don’t eat candy while trick-or-treating. Instead, we focus on running house to house, making memories, and enjoying the excitement of the night.

3️⃣ Pick a Few Faves: Once home, my kids go through their candy and pick a couple of pieces to enjoy that night—no rush, no guilt, just a mindful treat!

4️⃣ Candy Treasure Chest: The rest of the candy goes into a “treasure chest,” where they can pick one or two pieces each day. This way, they don’t feel like they have to eat it all in one night.

5️⃣ Healthier Swaps: Once they’re asleep, I replace some candy with dye-free options like natural gummies or suckers—keeping it fun without artificial additives.

I get it, every family is different, and this approach may vary depending on your kids’ ages. But remember, it’s okay to set parameters and help kids learn balance without restriction. 💡 Sometimes, if my child wants more, I’ll redirect with a fun activity like painting or pumpkin decorating to shift focus. And hey—these tips work for adults too!

🍬 These treats are designed to trigger pleasure centers in the brain, making us crave more. So setting boundaries is perfectly okay!

✨ When did you stop feeling like a princess? Was it when you got older? Or maybe when you had kids? But why can’t we feel that way every day?

We often work with moms 😇 who want to set the best example for their children. If you want your little one to feel their best every day, it starts with you. They sense how we feel—they know when we’re confident, and they know when we’re not. Sometimes we’re not even aware of our own frustrations.

Imagine reaching your goals, feeling confident in your body, and being assured in the choices you make to fuel yourself for years to come. What difference would that make in your life?

My goal is to help every woman feel as confident as those little girls who light up when they put anything on. It’s not just about how you look—it’s about how you feel inside. If you’re ready to talk about your next steps to getting there, comment “program,” and I’ll send you more information about our Southernly Nourished program kicking off Monday. 💪
