POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Tonight, the night before closing, the buyers discovered there was no hot water because the plumber forgot to reopen the valve after a repair.

At 8 PM, I had a choice…
✴️ find a plumber
✴️call in a favor
✴️consult YouTube, or
✴️figure it out myself.

After a little YouTube research and asking around… HOT WATER RESTORED! 🙌

Home at 9:30 PM after a long 12-hour day, but adding more stress to my seller’s closing day? 🤔 Not on my watch!

Real estate is more than contracts and keys. It’s problem solving, thinking on your feet, and doing what you can to get your clients to the closing table. 🔑

Who knew amateur plumber would make the Realtor résumé? 🤣

✨ What an inspiring evening with Women in Business Roswell! ✨

Last week I got to spend time with a room full of incredible women business owners networking, laughing, and genuinely lifting one another up in both life and business!!

There’s something so powerful about women gathering with intention like this. Businesses grow, confidence expands, and real friendships form.❤️

A huge thank you to my amazing sister, @kari_jazzercise , for introducing me to this group. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it! 💕

Nights like this remind me why relationships will ALWAYS be greater than transactions…always! Can’t wait to see where these new connections go.

Who wants to join me next month?! Drop a ❤️ below and I’ll send you the details!

🇺🇸 Today isn’t just America’s 250th, it’s also the eve of my dad’s 88th birthday.

A veteran, a father, a man who taught his daughters that loving this country means showing up for it, even when it’s not perfect.

It’s a day to be grateful and honored that we are a part of this amazing country and the freedoms it allows us.

To the founding fathers who started something impossible, every soldier who carried it forward, including my dad, and to the freedom we celebrate because of them, THANK YOU! ❤️🤍💙

Happy 250th, America & Happy birthday, Dad!! We miss you. 🇺🇸

Nine years ago, I lost my dad unexpectedly yet somehow, he’s still the most present person in my life. 🧡

He was my hero, my biggest cheerleader, and my favorite coffee date. ☕

He poured 1000% into everything…his family, his passions, and above all, being a Poppy. It was his attention to the little things that made him so special.

If you knew him, you already understand and, if you didn’t, I’d love to tell you his story over a cup of coffee someday. 🤗

I picture him now in heaven with Coco on his lap, reunited with his loved ones, swapping stories about the good ole days, and hanging out with @suisl talking about how much they both loved Elvis and the Atlanta Braves!

I will always remember what my dad said…“You can fix anything with masking tape and a twisty tie.” 😄

Love you , Dad. 🙏🏻🧡

What a way to kick off 2026! 🎉

Started the year the best way I know how by sweating it out with my @experiencevibefitness family in an epic 90-minute class. There’s something about beginning the year with that kind of energy and community that just sets the tone for EVERYTHING ahead!!! 💃🏼💪🏻💥

Afterwards came another celebration when 30+ of our favorite friends-new & old-packed into our home for our annual New Year’s Day feast to welcome the 2026 with hope for health, happiness, and abundance!!

✅ Black-eyed peas to represent coins and luck🍀
✅ Collard greens to symbolize money and wealth💰
✅ Cornbread to signify gold and prosperity✨

The kitchen was busy, the fire pit was crackling, and football was on until late into the night (thank you Sugar Bowl refs🤪)!!

We enjoyed the company so much that I forgot to take pictures but the memories and conversations will always be a part of my heart!! 🩷

Family and friends. This is what it’s all about! Here’s to health, wealth, prosperity, and a year full of moments like these!🥂

Happy New Year from our home to yours! 🎉

❤️, The Murphys
