I can’t believe we’re already past the midpoint of 2026. I started the year with a pretty clear idea of what I wanted to work toward as a new freelancer, so I thought I’d take a minute to look back at what I’ve done so far—and refocus on how I want to spend the rest of the year. If you’ve been on this journey with me in any way—editors, publicists, brand partners, readers, and friends!—I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m forever grateful for your time and trust. I’ll be sharing some new projects soon, and it scares me a little to try these things in public. I’d really love your support as I figure it out. 😌💜 — *Also, maybe I can send this to my mom the next time she asks what I do for work?

Skin preservation is less about the quick fix and more about taking a proactive approach — maintaining what you have rather than waiting to undo accumulated damage later. Most people don't want to dramatically change what they look like; they just want to keep looking and feeling good. That shift in mindset is exactly where skin preservation fits in. Check out this @refinery29 to learn more and see how this concept is popping up in beauty products! Thank you @karihoshi for including me! ✨ Comment "SKIN" for the link to the full article! 👇

Lip plumpers have had a serious glow-up 💋✨ Such a treat chatting with @karihoshi for @refinery29 on this one! The newest generation of formulations with hyaluronic acid and peptides are seriously impressive! A replacement for filler? Not quite — but better hydration, softer lip lines, and a fuller look between appointments? It’s a yes for me on all counts! They say everything’s bigger in Texas… including the blonde energy 🤠✨ @salon5014 in Dallas set the tone the second you walked in… bright, welcoming, and the kind of space where you just know good hair is about to happen. All day, we had chairs full of clients in pamper mode. Fresh, healthy + revived blondes, leaving with that “I feel like myself again” energy 💜 We don’t just pull up anywhere—we’re intentional about every salon we step into. We partner with spaces filled with blonde experts, curl specialists, and stylists who can bring every cut and style to life exactly as each client imagined. For our final stop on our Blonde Like New Tour, we’re headed to Los Angeles ✨We can’t wait to see what’s in store. Stay tuned 👀 🎥: @askyeff @filmedbyvalentin @giselle0053 @ownthelight @justogarciaiii #k18hair #k18results
