FOCUS ARTISTE #4

Karila is an up and coming DJ/Producer from Glasgow that will be joining us in Nantes.
He focuses on creating hypnotic and groovy sounds with cool synthesisers, inspired from the likes of Narciss and Dylan Fogarty. This is his international debut and he is very excited about it. He has a lot of music that’ll be released very soon and he is eager to share it with you all.
He will be going b2b with @edel.303 for a house groovy set.

Bio - Charlie Rodgers (Karila) is a young producer and DJ currently based in Glasgow, Scotland. He started mixing in 2019 during lockdown and has been producing for a year now. Since his first track, walking through a celestial, which was released in October on Motz Berlin, he has now been working on an EP which will be released soon. Going into 2023, he’s looking to play at his first event with a couple that are actually planned around April time. Karila has always had a passion for music but only in the past year he has started taking it seriously with mixing and producing regularly. Karila has also started to learn playing on vinyl at a bar local to him which has been enjoyable. In the future, you can expect Karila’s EP to be full of high energy and with more mixes on the way, you can expect some to be groovy techno and trance/psytrance. Ça galope!
