Celebrate Hanukkah with @ikar_losangeles nightly, starting December 10th (TONIGHT!) through December 17th. www.tinyurl.com/IKARHanukkah
These times are feeling dark. And yet Hanukkah reminds us every year that even in the longest, darkest night, we can create and spread light. So this year, we come together to radiate hope, and reaffirm connection from the safety of our own homes with IKARite storytelling, cooking, music and more. Each night we'll hear a different community member share a story of finding light in the darkness. Tonight, we'll kick off this storytelling series with Brianna Shepard!

Karim & Todd have been together for 17 years and live in Los Angeles, California. Karim is originally from Akron, OH and Todd is from Columbia, CT. They were introduced to one another at a party in East Hampton, Long Island and the rest is history. Karim said John’s kindness is what captured him when they first met. These boys have also tied the knot as husbands. While quarantined, they enjoy cooking and practicing Yoga.

Karim is also on the board of directors of the LA LGBT Center. Thank you guys for your submission and thanks to Kareem for the work you do for our community! All the best!
