✨ Rencontre et échange avec Dartdachabab : Réfléchir le collectif et les formes d’organisation artistique au Maroc face aux systèmes implicites de l’art contemporain

Le collectif Dartdachabab présente son initiative et partage son expérience de l’organisation artistique collective. À partir des données issues de leurs tables rondes — véritables espaces tiers d’expression, d’apprentissage et de plaidoyer — ils exploreront les alternatives possibles face aux défis de l’art contemporain au Maroc.

L’échange se poursuivra par une table ronde ouverte au public, pour discuter des contraintes actuelles et imaginer ensemble des réponses collectives fortes et pertinentes.

✨ Talk & Exchange with Dartdachabab: Rethinking Collective Practice and Artistic Organization in Morocco in the Face of the Implicit Systems of Contemporary Art

The Dartdachabab collective will present its initiative and share insights from its experience with collective artistic organization. Drawing on data gathered from their various roundtables — conceived as third spaces for expression, learning, and advocacy — they will explore alternative approaches to the challenges of contemporary art in Morocco.

The event will continue with a public roundtable, inviting attendees to discuss current constraints and imagine strong, relevant collective responses.

How to make sense of your inner world using… the whole world ! (Part 1 - Day)

We have such interesting capacities to turn a lot of abstract elements into very palpable meaning.

It can oscillate from…shapes and colors we associate with feelings and memories. To associating an instagram post of pixels on a virtual plateform to THE CURATED VITRINE AND EMBODIMENT OF YOUR WORK AS AN ARTIST.

Yes, we do these kind of associations that may refrain us to share more of what we collect, adding on that the load of attention that we have to distribute in the current times.

This series that I come back with on this virtual plateform is a series that simply resumes how photography (and writing) allows one man to elude the walls of his own self by : Living, Observing and Collecting.

And by living - I Lived so many colors and lights, Observed human creations and Collected ways of existing that just put it all in order. Not in order like in a drawer or office file. In order like in a World. And the whole World is here for that. From Tangier to Geneva, From Rabat to Bologna. From the School of Casablanca art, my friend’s music, the people I think with and the food tables I shared. Revolution des horizons artistique, cycles et bidayat.
