This choreography and this song tell a story — a story about growing up with childhood trauma, about becoming an adult who maybe marries, maybe has children, and still wonders: How do I become better than what I was taught at home? How do I break free from toxic thoughts, old patterns, and painful memories? How do I become softer, kinder — to myself, to others — and finally find peace?✨ This class and this day will forever hold a special place in my heart. It was the beginning of something powerful for our contemporary community. 💪🏼 At the start of 2025, I doubted everything — myself as a dancer, as a teacher, as a human being. I felt empty, lost, and convinced I wasn’t good enough for the dance world in Vienna. Especially because my style wasn’t what contemporary dancers expect when coming to my class. I could’ve never imagined the year ending like this. I expected nothing… and yet I was met with overwhelming love. On this sunday, all we felt was connection, support, and pure energy. Everyone arrived alone, but inside the studio we became a family. A team. A safe space. I can’t say it enough — thank you to every single soul who made this day what it was. Your feedback moved me more than you’ll ever know. I’m still flooded with emotions. Thank you to everyone — parents, friends, family, teachers, my boyfriend, and especially my @ninjas_morethanjustdancers I wouldn’t be where I am without you. And guys: Never stop dancing. Never. Even if someone doesn’t like who you are, your style, or thinks you’re “too weird.” Keep going. Keep creating. Everything has a purpose. This was only the beginning. See you in summer, my loves. ✨💛
