How I feel these days: Happy. Happy. Happy 😊 Wonderful shows, wonderful dates and wonderful new friends 🥰 When joy comes - I know she won’t stay forever and I embrace her with all my will 🙏 I always take selfies when I feel extremely high (like here) or extremely low (you’ve seen those too). It is a great self-reflection exercise in empathy and observation. Try it, then look at it as if you were looking at a photo of another person and ask yourself: How can I help this person? How can I support them? How can I love them more? It is life-changing: the power of self-portrait 🤳 Slide into my DMs or comment here with your insights, I’d love to hear and I hope this helps someone 😌#selfportrait #happy #selfietherapy

Fun fact: During our first reads for “No Exit” I followed the original text in French (my third language) and compared it on the fly with the English translation (my fourth language) - our brains are incredible🧠 No wonder nothing fits into mine anymore😅 Well… it’s a wrap!🎬 Last photo dump of the rehearsals progression - from living rooms to stage. Four months in the making, ten fleeting live shows. Huge thanks to everyone who supported us along the way and what a joy to have shared this journey with this incredible artistic team 🎭❤️‍🔥 Until the next adventure! 🎭I am SO excited to announce that I have been working as a Production Manager for a theater play “No Exit” that goes live July 23-Aug 2 @offcentervt produced by @stealfire.art🔥Ticket link is live in my bio @karina_libido and YOU MUST COME. You have no idea how good it is🖤 And I’m not only saying that because I’m involved in production😏 I am also saying that as a very experienced theater goer - YOU MUST COME👁️You will be changed🪞I will keep sharing more on the play soon but for now I want to express my gratitude to @1catherinegrace for this opportunity to be involved in a large theater production in a meaningful way and immerse myself in the exquisite (and very fleeting) beauty of this creation process🌀 But more than anything I am forever grateful for the people. I am so lucky to be surrounded by artists my entire life, wherever I live and move - this always stays constant. These incredibly talented people are literally blowing my mind every single day, and they will definitely blow yours🤯👏🏽
