Just a little life lately 🤍

Coaching, training, friends, family, building… and making space for the parts of life that don’t always make it on camera. But here’s are a few that did!

I don’t have to do this… I get to do this.

I’m so grateful for this year. Especially my hard times. They’ve made me stronger. Thank you to my team & community at @thestrengthclubnyc and my beautiful family for always giving me the support I need to deliver more. Lastly to my stubborn fucking mentality for never backing down from any challenge.

‘Death is Business’ presents a physically confined reality of two characters who undertake a very dangerous, challenging scheme. In this scenario, hired assassins dispose of an important associate of a political campaign, and it is the ensuing conversation that forms the body of the film. Head to the link in bio to watch.
