Pull as We Climb. 🤝🏾🏀
Our 2026 Broadcast School student @karinascott__ had the opportunity to shadow our founder @iceyoung23_ , at the Los Angeles Sparks vs. Indiana Fever #wnba game, getting an inside look at what it takes to build relationships, create opportunities, and lead in the sports industry.

At YWE — we believe in creating opportunities, sharing knowledge, and opening pathways for future leaders in sports. ✨
