Thanks Pronto for inviting your friends for Superhero Sunday. This is what happens when you invite your friends to church. Baby Jay signed up for our Youth Fast Food Friendsgiving and Big Jay made a Fresh Start with Jesus. No doubt revival is about to breakout at KU and good things are in store for the Jayhawks.

Momentum Monday 💚🤍💚

Is your check engine light on? This Sunday we talked about what it looks like to be spiritually healthy. Showing up on the weekend and worshiping together is a good place to start in our journey towards Christ, but take some time this week and ask God to show you the areas he’s trying to grow you through. What stood out to you most about this Sunday?

Expository preaching involves the exposition, or comprehensive explanation, of the Scripture; that is, expository preaching presents the meaning and intent of a biblical text, providing commentary and examples to make the passage clear and understandable. The word exposition is related to the word expose—the expository preacher’s goal is simply to expose the meaning of the Bible, verse by verse.
•stop cherry picking the Bible in order to create your own verse that will make you feel better about following a false doctrine!
•we are not supporting actors in Gods word! The Bible is NOT about US, but instead the historical facts of a coming Messiah.
•”In the Old Testament He is predicted, in the Gospels He is revealed, in Acts He is preached, in the epistles He is explained, and in Revelation He is expected.”It's all about God. Alistair Begg(American Gospel)
