Thank you again to Katy’s Cat Cafe for letting me host another very unique, very weird, but awesome open mic.

They are almost at their gofundme goal of $8,000. Please check out their page to see how you can help.

I love you all!!

Having ADHD, slowing down has always been a challenge. My mind races a mile a minute at all times. And my working theory for a while has been that anxiety can't hit a moving target. But today we were challenged to go slow and the result was beautiful. I felt present and connected with my body. I felt safe to slow down. Thank you @persia.jadore for this lovely gift today. I love that I got to dance with you. And side note, look at @karla._.dance

Finally got to perform the piece we’ve been working so hard on! Both the choreography and ourselves have changed so much from where this began! I’m so grateful to these women for being the best collaborators and storytellers, including Anna who went on this whole journey with us but ultimately had to sit out. Especially grateful tho to @persia.jadore for not only imagining the whole concept and moves but for her unwavering support and guidance. All of yalls strength and grace are endlessly inspiring. Thanks for making me feel safe and for making this first showcase performance experience so incredibly fun💕👠
Hopefully performance video can be shared soon! Already thinking about the next one >:3
