Another fantastic morning at the February Namara #MorningRiverRun 👊 Despite the recent weather, we were lucky with a cool, fresh (and dry!) start - and a brilliant turnout, with plenty of new faces joining us. 😌 This crew never disappoints. The energy, enthusiasm and post-run chat leave you smiling every single time. Long may it continue. #MorningRiverRun #Tribe #Namara #Community #Limerick Namara Morning Run February 2026

The very first Morning River Run took place from St Michael’s Rowing Club in Limerick City on Friday, 22nd September 2017. Now in its 9th year (with a short pause during Covid), the run is as strong as ever, thanks to the incredible community who have made it a must-do event on the first Friday of every month. Open to everyone, the run/walk has grown into a real family of people living and working in and around Limerick. The first Namara-branded run took place on Friday, 9th January 2026, and a fantastic crowd turned out to support the inaugural gathering under the new brand colours. Participants received the fresh new-look t-shirt, followed by the usual post-run coffee, tea and buns. For regulars, the morning is well known for the chat and banter afterwards - along with a few photos for the socials. The event itself is simple, but it celebrates togetherness, unity and good health, both physical and mental. The smiles on faces every time we gather say it all. Keep an eye out for the next run, or contact our office to be added to the mailing list and stay up to date. Long may it continue. For over 75 years, we’ve supported businesses, individuals and families with clear, dependable advice. We now enter the next chapter of our firm as Namara. Derived from the Irish “na mara,”meaning “of the sea,” in Irish culture, the sea symbolises navigation, resilience and depth - qualities that reflect our role as navigators of financial clarity and growth. Our new name is a nod to our founder Patrick McNamara, our heritage, our resilience and the quality service, depth of experience, expertise and commitment to our clients that have guided us. While our name has evolved, our values have not. Trust, care, expertise and long-term relationships remain at the heart of everything we do. We look forward to continuing the journey with our clients, our people and our community. #Namara #newchapter #accountingadvisory #businessadvisory #trustedadvisors #irishbusiness #financialconfidence

Yesterday was the “first Friday” of the month and that meant an early morning start at @stmichaelsrowingclub for the @moorelimerick Morning River run. Audrey & Claire were there for @limericksuicidewatch. It was also a special event as there was a ‘switching on the lights’ ceremony, with mayor, @johnmoranlimerick, followed by the Christmas #MooreMorningRiverRun. The addition of the new lights, officially turned on yesterday morning, will now visually include the St. Michael’s Rowing clubhouse in the ‘Three Bridges’ circuit.  They will be a permanent fixture on the clubhouse, to represent the ‘light’ the club shines on the community with its facilities and support in sport for all. Well done to all who participated in the event & we hope everyone enjoyed their morning walk/run. #LocalCommunity #DoingLimerickProud #ItIsOkayNotToBeOkay #ThankYou #ThreeBridgesWalk #HealthyBodyHealthyMind

Ok…I will admit, this is dramatic EVEN FOR ME, BUT I am so so so proud of this show. I have performed this song on this stage for the past three years and yet this time felt different. I’ve said this a billion times but I used to pray to play the Warehouse one day (if I was lucky enough, just like my favourite artists had prior), and THIS performance made me feel like I deserved to be there, like I deserved to play on the same stage as my “idols” (for lack of a better word) AND carry my own. I don’t really have much else to say other than keep your eyes peeled tomorrow for the full video at 11am over on my YouTube channel ‘Dreaming of Manchester’ (deluxe edition courtesy of @lucaslundgren 😂) live from @dolans_limerick for @musicformentalhealth061 will be available to watch in full on YouTube tomorrow!!! See you then x #irishartist #songwriter #irishmusic #DreamingOfManchester #limerickcity #JoyceZacks #musicformentalhealth #explorepage #musicreels
