We are so back and shooting a sport I haven’t shot in easily two years (don’t worry hockey posts will be back soon) but this is honestly probably my favorite volleyball photo I’ve ever gotten! So excited for my last year of grad school and I’m gonna make the most of it!

Hey God,

I am consistently in awe of you. Thank you for the way you love endlessly, for your providence, and for your perfect plan. I am so grateful this past week at UTC. You provided everything I could need and more. Thank you for reminding me of the beauty of the gospel, where you sent your Son to suffer a terrible death in place of me, so that I could be forgiven and live a new life in Jesus Christ.

Lord, this week has been a glimpse of Heaven! You reminded me that real freedom is found in you, and that your Word is what is true. Thank you for a community so on fire for you, new friends to walk in faith with, and for a team that displayed what it meant to be a Christlike teammate (aka, the difference between a good teammate and one who follows you!). I pray that we are continually reminded that godliness has far more value than physical training, and that for as long as you bless us with our talents (athletic or not), we are good stewards who use our lives to worship you.

Finally, I pray that others may come to understand this peace from you that transcends all understanding. Thank you Lord. You are good. I love and praise you!!! In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

Galatians 2:20 - “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

What an INTENTIONAL God we get to serve! Thank you, Jesus, for @theultimatetrainingcamp and for meeting me in ways that are immeasurably more than I could think or ask. With You, I am completely satisfied.

“Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. Fear the LORD, you his holy people, for those who fear him lack nothing. The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the LORD lack no good thing.”
-Psalm 34:8-10
