What a weekend at #CanadasBridalShow 🤍

3 days full of meeting so many amazing couples, reconnecting with familiar vendors, and meeting so many incredible new ones.

Thank you to every couple who stopped by booth 810 this weekend to talk First Dances, ask questions, play some Jeopardy, and learn how choreography can actually help you feel more natural on the dance floor.

No dance experience required. No awkward sway necessary.

Just a First Dance designed around you, your comfort level, your song, and the way you want to feel on your wedding day.

To everyone we met this weekend — I cannot wait to dance with you. 🤍

If we met this weekend and you’re new here, drop a 👋 in the comments so I can say hi! 🤍

Feels like falling into a dream. 😘☁️✨🇮🇹🥾❤️

Welcome to Monte Grappa. The mountains have always been my happy place—that one spot where everything quiets down, the trail air clears my mind, and I feel completely grounded.

My family roots are right here in Treviso, so these peaks mean the world to me. Hiking here with my cousins and friends, walking the exact paths my Nonno loved, and taking in those wild views stretching all the way to the coast is pure magic.

Welcome to my page! I’m sharing the smaller, special corners of Italy and Europe that hold my heart. So happy you’re here! 🏔️🇮🇹🥾

Rocket Yoga is coming to IAM YOGA PILATES!

We’re so excited to welcome this powerful, playful, and dynamic practice to our fall schedule.

Rocket Yoga is an energetic style of yoga rooted in Ashtanga, designed to build strength, flexibility, stamina, and confidence through a creative sequence of standing poses, seated postures, arm balances, backbends, inversions, and breath-led movement.

It’s challenging yes, but it’s also meant to be fun, accessible, and open to exploration.

Our new instructor, Karly B, will lead these classes, bringing her energy, experience, and love for the practice to the IAM community.

Join us for a special Rocket Yoga demo class on Monday, September 7th and come see what the hype is all about 🤸🏼‍♂️

Spaces are limited, so don’t wait to book your spot.

Ready to launch? 🚀
