One last late summer trip up to Big Bear for the @nelsonregister Mountain and Lakes division. There’s just something about the Big Bear air that’s good for the soul. And literally nothing beats a late August day on the lake! We hit some of our favorites... @bigbearmountainbrewery for flights (lemonade flights for the kids), @tropicali for the best poke on the mountain and @572social for some live music and we even hit a quick thunderstorm. Both of us own cabins on either end of the lake. One of us bought one to take advantage of the ski season. One of us bought one as an occasional weekend getaway. Both are now on AIRBNB (follow along @campgolddust). If you’re ever considering a vacation home, an income property or just a year round escape from the city, we’d be happy to talk pros, cons and all of the in between. We’ve also got great contacts up in the mountains like @gmarrowheadrealestatebroker from Lake Arrowhead to Big Bear. Happy end of summer (although we know in LA it lasts until the end of October)!
