I’m forever grateful for all the incredible connections and blessings these last few days have brought into my life! What a beautiful, unexpected gift from @karma.piercing Thank you all!!!…you truly had me in tears of gratitude 🥹🥹🥹 A little behind the meaning of my shirt: the three flags represent my benevolent ancestors,my roots and the number 319 is in loving memory of my favorite cousin Derrick who transitioned at the age of 18 due to sickle cell. Rest in paradise. I love you always. Within the first 4 hrs of my arrival to California, it felt like I was being hit with challenge after challenge. I called on my benevolent ancestors and spiritual team and asked Spirit to guide me as I felt alone in a new state. But as a manifestation coach, I know those moments are often the very signs that something greater is on the other side! So I pushed forward, and trusted in myself and my spirit guides! And this trip was truly elevating and an absolutely beautiful experience.🥹❤️‍🔥 My heart is full. I’m blessed, grateful, and inspired! There’s still more work to do, more techniques to learn, to teach and more beautiful connections to make. May Spirit continue to bless everyone who has blessed me, poured into me and protected me…made me feel welcomed in a place so far from home, exceedingly and abundantly beyond anything we could ever ask or ever imagine. 🤍🤍🤍 Thank you, thank you, thank you. This was the first technique I had the honor of demonstrating at the Ra Life Self-Defense Annual Women’s Seminar. I’m forever grateful for the opportunity, and I wanted to share a little behind-the-scenes look at the details and concepts behind this technique. OMG… where do I even begin? 🥹🔥✨ First, if you’re in this video and I don’t know your username off the top of my head, please comment or message me so I can tag you! Also, if you’d like me to add you as a collaborator so this video appears on your profile as well, just let me know. I wasn’t sure who wanted to be tagged or added as a collaborator, but I’m more than happy to make the edits. (Side note: More reels coming soon!) Now… wow. This was truly one of the most powerful seminars I have ever attended. @ra_life_defense didn’t just create an annual women’s seminar for us to attend, teach, and connect, she created an atmosphere that elevated all of us to a higher level and a higher vibration within these arts. The unity, power, precision, and love that filled that room and even continued the day after, is beyond what words can fully express. From the depths of my heart, I am forever grateful to Professor Zahalea for her warmth, her love, her power and the way she covers and uplifts all of us. She is truly a leader in these arts, and her skill, humility, and leadership speak for themselves. Thank you, Professor, for giving me the incredible opportunity to teach and present at your seminar. It was truly an honor, and I already can’t wait for the next one. To every professor, master, and teacher who poured into all of us this weekend, thank you. That room was overflowing with wisdom, knowledge, encouragement, and genuine love. My cup is still overflowing. I’m still here in California, and each day continues to be filled with so much love, connection, and high vibrations. This entire trip has brought me to happy tears.🥹🥹🥹🥰 There was a true impartation at this seminar, spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally. There was an elevation that only those who were present can truly understand. I am forever grateful. Huge thank you to my uke @maldonadoiseverywhere, I’m forever grateful !!! And to @karma.piercing for customizing my “Nina’s Motivation” shirts. Thank you, I absolutely love them!!! Until next time… Ouss!!!🙏🏾🥋❤️ #martialartstraining #martialartist #ninasmotivation #califor

🙏🏽 Fear Less. Pray More. ⚔️ Fear will always try to steal your peace, but prayer reminds you who is in control. Every battle you face has already been seen by God. When you replace fear with faith and worry with prayer, you begin to walk with confidence instead of doubt. “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” — 2 Timothy 1:7 This verse is a reminder that fear doesn’t come from God. He gives us strength when we’re weak, love when we’re hurting, and a sound mind when life feels overwhelming. Prayer isn’t just asking for help—it’s trusting God before the answer comes. The more we pray, the less fear has room to grow because our focus shifts from our problems to His promises. This custom airbrush design is more than just a shirt—it’s a declaration of faith. A reminder to stand like a warrior, kneel in prayer, and let God fight your battles. 🎨 Custom Airbrush by KARMA 📍 Connecticut Post Mall – 2nd Floor (Next to Express) 📞 203-767-4914 Bring your vision to life with one-of-a-kind custom artwork. Faith, family, sports, memorials—you dream it, we paint it. #FearLessPrayMore #FaithOverFear #PrayMoreWorryLess #ChristianApparel #WarriorOfChrist
