⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AW Athlete of the Week – Keaton🔥

Huge shoutout to Keaton for absolutely crushing his 2nd ACL reconstruction surgery recovery timeline.
What’s usually a 9–12 month comeback for return to play/sport, he attacked with consistency, discipline, and determination… and made it back to jiu-jitsu in just 3 months *with brace, but still..a win is a win😉*.

That’s the kind of work ethic that separates the average from the elite.
Not only does he put in the work physically, but if you’ve ever talked with Keaton, you know the man is full of wisdom on a lot of topics — from investing to psychology to life in general. So if you ever are needing someone to pick their brain… he’s your guy!🧠

Proud to have watched your journey with us putting in the work at Athletic Wellness. We wish him the best of luck as he goes on to crush jiu-jitsu now. 😤

What began as a recovery journey from ulnar nerve surgery has turned into something bigger.
Once a client, she’s now a valued member of our team—serving as a senior intern and diving headfirst into the performance recovery side of wellness and sports.

Guided by our Performance Recovery Specialists, she’s turning her own healing story into a mission: learning how to help others not only recover, but also unlock their full performance potential.

We’re proud to celebrate her growth, resilience, and determination—proof that every challenge can spark a bigger purpose!

Closing out Karlee’s senior volleyball season feels surreal. 🏐🤍From years of school ball to incredible club seasons, she poured her heart into this sport!

Karlee fought through a tough injury and surgery her junior year that brought challenges no athlete wants to face. We’re thankful for @athleticwellness_llc and her OT for guiding her recovery and helping her push through the lingering symptoms.

Through it all, Karlee stayed the same dedicated, hardworking competitor that lit up the court with her smile and love for the game.

But, what I’ll cherish most besides watching her play, is the bond we built through it all. Whether playing pepper with her, breaking down her gameplay, watching the Badgers together, following her club teammates high school seasons, or cheering on her club coach at UWEC (go @baileyleeke!), this game gave us memories I’ll treasure forever!

Here’s to all the years, all the growth, all the joy, and all the tough stuff she pushed through. Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it! 🩷🏐🩷
