Certified, but far from finished. 🤍 Mat Pilates, Sculpt & Burn, and Barre. Today, I celebrate these certifications, but more importantly, I embrace the responsibility that comes with them. Education doesn’t stop at certification. It is my commitment to keep learning, refining my knowledge, and becoming a better instructor every day. A special thank you to my instructors, Karo and Kami, for sharing your knowledge, guidance, and passion throughout this journey. And to Sarahi, thank you for organizing this experience and creating an opportunity for us to grow. I am truly grateful for the knowledge, the connections, and the women I got to share this experience with. This is only the beginning. And I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me. ✨ #pilates #movememtismedicine #barre #mat #fy

I can finally say that I’m officially Mat Pilates, Sculpt & Burn, and Barre certified! 🥹🤍🎀 I’m so grateful for this opportunity and genuinely so excited to start this new chapter. I want to create a space where the girlies who feel shy, nervous, or just need a little extra motivation feel comfortable showing up and moving their bodies. 🫶🏼 You don’t have to be perfect or know what you’re doing, just come as you are and everything else falls in place. 🤍
