Muscle mass !!
Building a soild amount of muscle mass to your frame, takes time. It takes patience, tracking your training to ensure your hitting a progressive overload and also requires a proper nutrition set up to minimize body fat build up. Anyone can add weight and get heavier on the scales, It takes consistency with a clean bulk to ensure you add quality muscle mass.
Another thing I see alot of from people even some coaches, Is not controlling the weight. So many people just lift a weight up and down with zero control just to prove what weight they can lift. But if that person was asked to lift the same weight with time under tension then I can guarantee it would be a diffrent story . Controlling a weight slower and focusing one the muscle exactly will help break down muscle fibres and help you increase overall strength alot quicker. In turn building more quality mass 🔥
⬇️
If your struggling to add lean muscle mass and properly change your physique. Give me a message we can work together and build a proper structure with your training and nutrition.
