MEDITATION IS NOT ESCAPING FROM LIFE:
IT IS ESCAPING INTO LIFE ❤️‍🔥

The means is to be active to such an extreme that activity simply ceases; to be so madly active that the mind’s hankering to be active is thrown out of your system.

Only then, after a deep catharsis, can you fall down into inactivity and have a glimpse of the world that is not the world of effort.

"The Spiritual Warriors Way Of Living."
A Buddhist Path of Presence inspired by Vidyadhara Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche. | Tibetan Buddhist Lama - Meditation Master & Teacher.

Some are easier than others but with the right intention and effort - living fearlessly, absolutely wide awake with a huge compassionate heart is not all too far away. If even we follow just a couple of these during our day to day we will notice the internal shift happening sooner than later.

Number 2, 5 & 6 are heavy hitters for me. What about you?

The Way of The Spiritual Warrior ❤️‍🔥

Change begins the moment we stop looking away.
When we can remain present with tension, vulnerability, and emotional pain without collapsing or turning against ourselves.

That’s when emotions stop being obstacles and become our guides. This is fearless courage.

This is the way of the warrior.
