little glimpse into a very special weekend in Arizona 🤍

From a private lesson with @miguel___silva___ to two full days of workshops I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to learn from him. His attention to detail and depth of knowledge are something truly special and I loved every minute of it!

A huge thank you to Nina at @musepilatesscottsdale for being such a gracious and welcoming host and making the weekend so memorable! 🤍

Thank you Kelly for capturing the videos 🙏🏻🤍 @phpilates_atl

If you know me, you know the only thing I ever ask for when someone asks what I want for my birthday is more Pilates 😂

So, the perfect early birthday gift from my Mom & Dad…a day in NYC learning from @jeromeoweinberg

Such an incredible and inspiring day, and so wonderful to see @katie.yip at @paradigmstudionyc
I always leave feeling SO inspired ✨

Truly my idea of the perfect birthday gift 🤍

✨ THIS is what Pilates teaching should look like.

At @karvepilates, you’re not just following along. You’re being taught.

👀 We’re watching your alignment.
🤲 We’re correcting your form.
✨ We’re refining every movement.

With only 6 members per class, you get the attention and hands on guidance that Pilates was meant to have. 🤌

No getting lost in a crowd of 12+ reformers.
Just true Classical Pilates being taught not performed ✖️🎤

🤍 Come experience the Karve difference

Bending over backwards to bring you real Pilates ✨

Not Pilates inspired. Not our interpretation of the method. Classical Pilates taught as a complete system 🤌

At Karve, we do things differently. As Naperville’s only dedicated classical Pilates studio, we believe in preserving the method while always continuing to deepen our education as teachers.

Highly trained teachers. Intimate classes. Hands on attention. Real classical Pilates.

Come feel the difference 🤍

The deeper I get into my own practice, the more challenging the work becomes and that’s what keeps me coming back ⏪

The more connected I become the more layers there are to find. Pilates is one of the only things I’ve ever done where the better I get…the harder it gets 💪🏼

Always working to be stronger more connected and more intentional than the day before 🧠✨

What began as a hobby became a practice ~
the practice became a devotion ~
devotion turned way of healing movement,
staying connected to my body, my mind, and my community.

- throwback to 2022 // 2023:
4.5 years since I stepped on my first reformer // 3 years since I began my comprehensive Pilates teacher training journey.

Forever blessed for the educators who poured into me, for my peers & colleagues, my able body & mind,
and the privilege of being a student, forever.

Thank y’all for flowing with me thus far

PILATES + SOUND HEALING✨

I’m excited to be joining Sculpt Social for their End of Summer Event!

After Pilates wraps up, I’ll be guiding everyone through a sound bath. This will provide a chance to slow down, reset, and let the body settle.🧘🏽‍♀️

I’ll also have a vendor booth set up with more information about my sound healing, meditation, breathwork, oracle readings, and upcoming offerings.🧚🏽‍♀️

📍 Settlers Park, Plainfield IL
🗓 Saturday, September 19th
⏰ 11 AM–2 PM

Come move, unwind, and connect with us. Can’t wait to see everyone there!
