This is for all the girlies who go through it every month like me 🥺🫶🏽

If you struggle with PMDD, PCOS, or luteal phase symptoms, I hope these restorative poses bring you some relief. I know how hard it can be, and these practices have genuinely helped me slow down, reconnect with my body, and give my nervous system some love.

✨ Save these and try practicing at home at least twice a week! All you need is a bolster, or pillows, and some yoga blocks.

Or come practice with me every Tuesday at 1 PM for my Nervous System Reset @kasayogastudios 🧘🏻‍♀️

A little reminder that you don’t have to push through everything. Sometimes, your body just needs rest. ❤️‍🩹

POSE 1: Viparita Karani 🌱
Legs Up Against the Wall with Bolster & Blanket

How to get into it 🧘🏻‍♀️

1. Fold a blanket and place it under your sitting bones for cushioning.
2. Sit sideways next to the wall, then gently lower your back to the floor as you swing your legs up the wall.
3. Position a bolster behind your head and neck for comfortable support.
4. Let your arms rest by your sides, relax your shoulders, and close your eyes.
5. Stay for 5–15 minutes, breathing slowly and naturally.

How it helps 🤍
✨ Encourages relaxation and nervous system regulation.
✨ May help ease stress, tension, and feelings of overwhelm.
✨ Helps relieve tired, heavy legs.
✨ Creates a moment of stillness and self-care during your luteal phase.

For my PMDD & PCOS girlies: I know how hard it can be to navigate the physical and emotional ups and downs. This is your reminder to slow down, breathe, and give yourself some grace. 🫶🏼

While this pose doesn’t directly treat PMDD or PCOS, gentle restorative practices may support relaxation and stress management.
