Coming off another injury this fall made me appreciate every moment I got to compete this Indoor track szn, and I’m grateful I got to run at Nationals with and for such great teammates 🐅, coaches, and supporters. Now time for outdoor!

I realized they don't wanna see me win lord, I realized they don't wanna see a star shine 💫

For what was supposed to be a recovery season I think I did alright. In fact, the things I did this season almost made ME forget i've only been back to "full" running for about 2 months. Surgery was 9 months ago, unable to walk for 2.5 months, and I was only cleared to run in October. Most people in my situation would sit out indoor and maybe try to return for outdoor. All things considered I SHOULD NOT have done what I was able to this season. Here's what I accomplished in the little amount of time I was back to running -

- All conference 🏅
- Natty Qualifier 🎫
- 800 - 2:00
- 400 - 50.2

Not even close to a full recovery or where I would like to be, but not even close to out of time either. Plenty of time to work and get back what I had going.
