Two Educe Pro Artists, one incredible day of education, and a whole lot to be proud of! 🖤✂️

Still thinking about last Educe Pro Artist Sessions with @orianahair_ and @jess.doesmyhair!

From Ori sharing her approach to razor cutting, building shape, movement, and detail, to Jess breaking down her signature shaggy cutting techniques, the boho shag, and the rock ‘n’ roll shag, we got to see two completely different creative perspectives come to life in one day.

Watching Jess and Ori step into the educator role, share their knowledge, and inspire the stylists around them is something we’re incredibly proud of. 👏🏻

We’re so fortunate to have a team filled with this much talent, creativity, and genuine passion for the industry. And even more fortunate to have people who want to share what they know and help the artists around them grow.

A huge thank you to @kashoconnect for partnering with us to bring these sessions to life and to everyone who joined us!

We’re already looking forward to more Educe Pro Artist Sessions, more opportunities to learn from one another, and everything that’s ahead for this team.

From the boho shag to the rock ’n’ roll shag, @jess.doesmyhair knows a thing or two about creating texture with intention. ✂️

For her Educe Pro Artist session, @jess.doesmyhair brought her signature shaggy cutting techniques to the salon, breaking down how she creates movement, builds texture, and brings that perfectly undone feel to life through thoughtful cutting and personalized detail!

What we loved most was getting to see the artistry behind these cuts. Understanding where to remove weight, how to create separation, and how small changes in technique can completely transform the shape and personality of a haircut.

A huge thank you to Jess for sharing her creativity, expertise, and approach to cutting with our team, and to @kashoconnect for partnering with us to make these educational experiences possible. 🖤

Days like this are why we value continued education so much. New techniques to explore, different perspectives to learn from, and inspiration our artists can take straight back behind the chair. 👏🏻

We hosted two Educe Pro Artist sessions at Educe Salon yesterday @orianahair_ and @jess.doesmyhair, created in partnership with @kashoconnect to bring our team into the techniques, creativity and tools behind the work!

First up was @orianahair_, taking us through a middle-part razor cut and showing how she uses the razor to build shape, movement and detail.

It was less about recreating one specific haircut and more about understanding the tool, experimenting with technique and seeing what becomes possible when you approach the cut differently!

A huge thank you to Ori for sharing her talent with our team and to @kashoconnect for helping us bring this class to life. 🖤
