DEADBEAT TOUR 2026 RECAP:

I don’t really even know where to start with this. Firstly I want to say thank you to everyone who’s shown such amazing support through this entire North America tour, it always is so bittersweet when it ends. To everyone who’s invited me to have the honor of collaborating with such FANTASTIC videos and photos has been such a blessing! Being able to meet many of you at a lot of these shows has genuinely changed my life in the most beautiful way, being able to share all of our experiences of life, music, or anything has been so captivating. It’s so cool that this community exists and that we all share such a strong passion for Kevin’s music 💜

As it goes for meeting Kevin, I can’t even believe that happened still. Seeing him perform MMC in Austin with Pond was fucking earth shattering, I’m not convinced I’ll ever get over that. I remember how absolutely nervous as fuck I was meeting Kevin/approaching him after the show was over, but I felt absolutely compelled to share my love for his music and the way it’s changed my life, as I’m sure it has for many of you. I showed him my Currents tattoo, and the reaction was perfect, he said it was so deeply touching that people tattoo art that has such value to them on their bodies. I told him just how deeply impactful his music has been on my life, and how it continues to drive me every single day, and just how deeply moving his music is. He was so fucking genuine with his responses, he was just the sweetest, and I had told him that Currents still poses to be such a moving and beautiful album that’s continuing to shape who I am, he then said me too man, to which we both shared a laugh.

Thank you Kevin, for this fucking life changing Tour in North America, the 8 shows I went to all changed my life.

Thank you so much for being such amazing fans, and continuing to share this beautiful life changing music. I love you guys so much

Also a shoutout to @kassiemuse for taking this photo, and giving me the courage to not be afraid to just say fuck it, you’re a legend to the Tame community and the reason I started this fan page back in 2022.

I sat here thinking of what to even try writing that could encapsulate my thoughts and feelings about this past week. I went down all my posts on this account and found that I kept coming back to talking about how much this song means to me. 🌀
I still vividly remember listening to this song for the very first time, reading the lyrics, and immediately feeling so… understood. This song spoke deep into my soul, in ways that music had never done before, even with my synesthesia.
The lead up to this moment felt cosmically charged. It was one amazing experience after the other this past week. Moments I jokingly told my friends would happen, were coming true word-for-word.✨
And then it happened, as if I made wish to a genie or something. To have the human that wrote one of your favorite songs of all time not only perform it, but to look and point in your direction as he does so, at the last show of their tour, the last show of my 20’s, surrounded by amazing friends, just feels so full circle.
As always, KP and team, I love you all, i’m here whatever happens, and I’ll stand right by your side, till the end of time. 💖

Real World/Surreal Life🌀💫✨
Now that i’ve had time to process what has officially gone down as my favorite @tameimpala show yet, here’s a little dump of my favorite moments 💖
-Finally getting to hear Deadbeat songs live was a magical experience. These songs were made to be danced to, and the live shows truly amplified how amazing these songs were 🦇✨
-Made so many bracelets and gave them out to a bunch of fans 💖 huge shoutout to @jonnyd223 and @machetewestern for the setlist and for always being so kind AND not to mention, putting on one of the greatest productions alongside the rest of the crew 💫
-meeting a bunch of fans in line and sharing the excitement of the night that was to transpire 😭✨
-eternal gratitude for @solaw who is such an angel. i can never thank you enough for your gift and for your kindness throughout the years 🩵
-getting to make a diy for each show. this time i really wanted to make an outfit inspired by the EP, which includes one of my fav songs as well as my literal username. i just had to bring it to life and so many people stopped me and told me how much they loved it 💜
-subtly manifesting 2/3 surprise songs for the Austin show 🫠
-THE lasers. that is all.
-Getting to hear what is now one of my top 3 songs- Not My World. Those that know me IRL know why the song speaks so much to me, and maybe one day I’ll make a post with my thoughts on this song, but in layman’s terms, this song really speaks down to the core of my inner child and i love it so much 💚✨
-my amazing friends 😭💖 thank you for matching my energy, our 4am bush doofs, car rides, destroying blenders, and all the memories we’ve made so far. there’s so many ppl missing in this pic, but you know who you are 💖 wdym this gets to be my life? forming connections with people that love music the same way i do?! UNREAL. 🦋
