They say that the 20s are for learning lessons. Around Christmas, one of my lifelong friends pointed out to me and another that we were in such a different place than we were 6 months ago, and I cannot be any more grateful. As I scrolled through the memories of 2025, I see the last 4 years and a chapter of my life coming to close, and coming home to the life and community that has been waiting for me. Looking at the first half was difficult tbh. It's bittersweet, grieving and missing a former life yet coming to acceptance for better things to come.

In 2025, I loved and lost, let go a version of myself with self sabotaging habits and lacking boundaries. I was unemployed, working side jobs for nearly 6 months. Followed my instincts and left an environment that didn't align with me. I turned 27 on the 27th of July, hitting my golden year ✨ I rediscovered love in the form of community and sisterhood. I got a new job and solidified my position, doing something I love that allows me to be creative in ways I didn't know I could. Most importantly, I came home to myself. 🧿

I'm thankful for the people in my life that have supported me unconditionally along the way. My closest friends to new ones altogether have helped me get back on my feet more than they will ever know.

I was never good with conclusions. 2025 GGS I'm still alive u couldn't kill me, we go next 😤
