This summer we were so happy that Katherine was hired for her first professional performing gig-and it was local! She lived at home and worked as an entertainer at the Peppa Pig Theme Park. She sang, danced and did meet and greets. It is the most adorable park with rides and activities for younger kids. We went a few times to watch her perform and rode every ride! Nana and Pops even survived the heat to watch her perform. She had a wonderful experience performing and learning the ropes at a theme park.

This weekend we went to Birmingham to see Katherine perform in @samfordtheatreanddance production of Oklahoma! These kids are incredibly talented and it was fun to see one of my favorites. She performed as Gertie Cummings and a member of the ensemble.

One of the most amazing experiences of my life was traveling with my family to Israel in 2023. It is so meaningful to have the memories and photos of the Holy Land and it brings scripture alive so many times to visualize where things happened. This is the garden tomb, where Jesus was laid, the stone rolled away and resurrected so that I could have new life in Him.
