Anddd a wrap of our last summer events!

Here’s a little recap of the International Potluck @namikostudiocafe earlier this month & @skyedaru’s music video release party @officialmoonlightrollerway.

Summer 2027 has been a busy one. Not included in the carousel:

June: Some Like it Hot movie night @rooftopcinemaclub 🎬💫
July: Charms & Chill @shopcharmedla

So busy that in August we kinda forgot about pulling out our phones or cameras so we can stay present in enlightening conversations about being an immigrant/ first gen going through moments of anxiety and finding ourselves through non linear paths in life.

Shala Social Club is not the club for shallow small talk. We get deeeeep, if the situation calls for it. An iconic band said something like “we get by with a little help from our friends.” 🫶🏼

tysm @laviedeari & @haleykaysday for being wonderful Summer volunteers! 🤳🏼🧁🪩🩶💫
