Most of us are earning in more than one way, or wondering if we could be. This panel is a grounded look at what that really takes: side income, career growth, and building something of your own, without glorifying burnout. Four women who've done it will share what actually worked, what didn't, and what they'd tell you over coffee: Jasmine Hudson, Founder, Black Paper Company Carla Spainhour, Tax and Estate Attorney Michelle Collett, Owner, Set the Stage - Northwest Arkansas Kate Parsons, Co-Founder & CEO, Kate & Mae All levels welcome. Whether you're just starting to think about extra income or already scaling, you'll leave with real perspective from women who get it. Join us at the link in bio!

Two sisters turned a handful of Hobby Lobby pearls into a growing jewelry brand. Look for Kate & Mae's Girl Scout-inspired collection at GSNETX as well as other popping up in other councils in Los Angeles; Chicago; Washington, DC and more. The collection is fabulous, but their business is about much more than pretty jewelry. It’s about entrepreneurship, sisterhood and inspiring girls to shine their light. ✨ Read their story linked in our bio.

When "Company Visit" means touring a jewelry studio that's literally built inside a house. 💎🏡 Today, our SBI founders spent the afternoon with @catloveland_ of @wonderlightjewelry — seeing how she turned a home studio into a growing business, one crystal at a time. Crepes, storytelling, and a masterclass in building something from scratch. Huge thanks to Cat for welcoming our cohort in! 🌙✨ #SBIFounders #SBICohort2026 #StudentEntrepreneur #WonderLightJewelry #NextGenFounders #OEI
