Hello, I forgot to feed the machine, but I'm back, I'm sorry, I love you.

Part of the duo exhibition Support Acts with Vincent Knoppen at KATE Artspace.

Support Acts is an installation that interweaves our experiences as artists, builders, and art handlers. Our own works and sculptures merge with fragments of past exhibitions we helped build; support structures are repurposed, transforming once-functional displays into sculptures — and vice versa. Through this process of appropriation, we plot a timeline where distinctions between different creative roles dissolve. By juxtaposing side jobs with our primary artistic practice, the installation becomes an exploration of the conditions of being an artist and the common threads that connect these different (art) worlds.

In June, I created Grond, a mural for the exhibition programme Kate. In this work I bring together a variety of lichens, fungi, vascular plants and ferns that have grown in the Oeverlanden over the past few years.
The mural can be visited until summer 2027 at the Nieuw en Meer #murals #ground #oeverlanden #biodiversity Photo's made by Thomas Lenden

CounterWeight IV.

Performance at Kate artspace / Club Gaus.
25 September 2026.

A duo exhibition Mica Pan - PieterWPostma.

Contrast versus Counterweight.
Something in common: they are both close to something primal, they both still carry a sense of animality, and they crawl. Getting close to primal sensations and reactions.

“Club Gaus” is informal, short and up for anything. As usual with Kate, the name “Club Gaus” derives from the space itse;f. Before Nieuw & Meer squatted the area, the space was in use as a dog tyraining club by a famous dutch dog expert. If you know, you know.
