Cortisor detox arter
ign Stres As someone who has
Every now and then, atter nigh suresevere anxiet lo a cortisol detox to reset mv body and mind As someone who has severe anxiety, here’s a breakdown of my cortisol detox:
Daily Foundations:
* Hydrate: 16-20 oz water on waking
Protein-rich breakfast (20-30g)
* 20-30 minutes walking or Pilates
* Caffeine cutoff: 12 PM
* Magnesium glycinate: 200-400 mg at night
* 30-60 minutes screen-free before bed
* 2-5 minutes slow breathing (4 seconds in,
6-8 seconds out)
This helps with a nervous system reset, starting with warm lemon water and a protein breakfast.

Hi, I’m Kate. I’m 22 and live in Omaha, Nebraska. I grew up swimming competitively, but over the years my view on fitness and wellness has changed a lot. Now I love Pilates, strength training, and light cardio, and finding balance instead of extremes. After struggling with an eating disorder and dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and high stress, I’ve learned how important it is to take care of yourself physically and mentally. Fitness has become less about pressure and more about consistency, feeling good, and learning how to manage stress and cortisol in a healthier way. I joined KAE Collectives to share my life and experiences, be a light for others, and help people feel their best in their body, mind, and everyday life.

Today I’m officially launching something I’ve put so much time, effort, and heart into creating 🤍 I’m building a space for everyone to feel strong, confident, and in control of their lives through wellness, movement, and self-growth. Behind this is a lot of hard work, planning, learning, pushing myself, but I truly believe in what I’m creating. Wellness and Health has been a part of my life since I was very young. Growing up a competitive swimmer and doing all other kinds of sports. I always had a passion for health and wellness. I’m a certified personal trainer, as well as Pilates and group exercise certified, and I specialize in personal training, strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, glute training, athletic conditioning, and swimming. This is more than just workouts or routines.It’s about building a lifestyle that feels good and is sustainable. Everything will be shared for free on my YouTube channel so anyone can start their journey, and if you’re looking for more personalized support, you can email me at goldtrapk@gmail.com. Thank you for supporting me and being here from the very beginning. This is just the start.
