Junior Year: here are some of the moments and people that brought me joy.

Honestly, these past several weeks have been the hardest of my life. Yet the Lord has been so good. He has provided the peace that surpasses all understanding, peace in the midst of pain, joy in the midst of sorrow, and strength in my weakness.

I am so grateful for my God, who is gentle and lowly in heart and draws near to the brokenhearted.

All of this has reminded me that being a Christian means walking a difficult road, but never walking it alone. The Lord is right beside us through the mountains but also the plateaus and valleys. He is the one constant when circumstances, family, health, and everything else around us seem uncertain.

Let this be a testimony to the Lord’s faithfulness. I don’t know what He has in store, but I know He is at work even in the brokenness. I am expectantly waiting to see how God will use this season of sorrow for the glory of His kingdom.

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord !!

The day I publicly confessed my love for Christ and got baptized! Throughout my life this decision has always been something I wanted to do but every time I brought it to the Lord I heard him say “I will make it known when the time is right. Trust my timing”. Over the past few months the Lord has made it clear to me that I need to take the next step! What a blessing it is to be surrounded by so many Christ followers and people who are chasing after the Lord! Thank you Jesus for blessing me with this amazing community! I will forever cherish this moment! Acts 1:4-8
