Meet Kate! 👋

Kate is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and a proud graduate of The Remedy's Teacher Mentorship Program, and she's joining our regular schedule in October!

She loves creating classes that are challenging, creative, and above all, fun. Kate pairs intentional movement and breath with thoughtful sequencing, making space for you to push yourself and permission to slow down and listen to your body. No "perfect" practice required.

Her hope? That you leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and a little more connected to yourself.

Catch Kate on the schedule:

✨ Monday 5pm POWER FLOW, starting Oct. 5
✨ Thursday 5:30pm SCULPT 60 (⭐ new class!) starting Oct. 8

Welcome to the team, Kate! 💛

Going through recruitment was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, leaving me with friends for life and memories I’ll cherish forever. I’m so excited to welcome our new members home 🩵 #bidbestday!! #kkg
