What’s up guys! My names Kate and I get to serve as one of your RAs this year on 142! I’m from Maine (cue the Noah Kahan) and this is my third and FINAL year at Liberty! I’ll graduate in the spring with Psychology: Counseling, and a minor in Biblical Studies! Fun fact about me: I want to learn how to sail (send me any fb marketplace boats u find pls)! I’m so excited for this year and to get to know you all on the bright side of campus! 🌅

Greece!!! If you ask me about this trip (please do), I will probably never shut up about it. I recently had the opportunity to travel to Athens to study populations at-risk for human trafficking. During this time, I was able to visit and learn about several local organizations that provide services to refugees and sex trafficking survivors. The past week and a half has been filled with some of the most amazing and the most sobering moments I have ever experienced, and I am so grateful for all the amazing people I’ve had the privilege of meeting. 🇬🇷

Seriously… there’s so much I can say, and I’m still in disbelief I was even there. So blessed to have completed my internship in a place like this with such incredible people. Pictures could never capture everything I experienced and the ways that I’m different because of it.
