Meet our Belle from A Christmas Carol 🎄

Katelyn Doyle (she/her) is a classically trained Canadian actor and creator, currently based in Toronto. She is overjoyed to be working with the Wren team once again, this time creating some Christmas magic!

She is the creator of Daphne St. Claire Ferguson, a woman (or a clown...) on a mission to uncover what Canadian theatre is, and explores this by interviewing artists at the Toronto Fringe Festival and beyond. She is passionate about asking questions about what makes Canadian theatre tick, why artists are doing what they’re doing, where the money is going, and how we can get more people coming to our theatres. Katelyn is especially fond of theatre that doesn’t shy away from the strange and unusual. She likes a little funk on stage.

Upcoming:
Mary in Alias Grace (King Theatre Company); Sue Jackson in The Twin Sues (Bird on Stage); Kitty in Pride and Prejudice (Wren Theatre)

Selected Theatre Credits include:
Sue Jackson, The Twin Sues (Bird on Stage, 2026); The Player, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead (Thaumatrope Theatre, 2026); Kitty, Pride and Prejudice (Wren Theatre, 2026); The King, Menace to Society (In the Soil Festival, 2025); Lola, Heel (Alumnae Theatre NIF, 2025) Cecile Volongaes, Dangerous Liaisons (Wren Theatre, 2025)
