Wishing our dear friends, Katelyn and Ryan, a very happy 1st anniversary and using it as an excuse to look back on their beautiful day in Tahoe! 🌲🤎

K&R were one of our very first official couples. We began planning with them day 1 and will forever be grateful they trusted Three Swans for such an important job. We love you and wish you nothing but continued happiness!

Just trying to get the shot… 🎥

If you know me, you know the camera is always out.
When my team sees me - some hide, some pose.

Probably a better representation of the wonderful (and hilarious) team I’m on anyway. Happy broker tour day!

5 reasons to invest in wedding videography:

There is something powerful about watching your own day from the outside. You get to see the way your partner looks at you, the way your family reacts, and the small expressions you never noticed in the moment.

Adrenaline, nerves, and excitement tend to blur everything together. A film allows you to experience the day again with more clarity, often slower and more emotional than it felt in real time.

A great wedding film captures more than just what happened. It reflects who you are, your energy, your dynamic, and the people around you. It becomes your story rather than just a timeline of events.

Your wedding is one of the only times in your life when everyone you love is in one place. When it is captured with intention, sound, and storytelling, it becomes something cinematic that you will actually want to revisit.

The day itself passes quickly, but your film preserves it exactly as it was. Long after everything else fades, it remains one of the only things that lets you return to those moments.

Please enjoy a few getting ready photos from K & R’s wedding at Valhalla in Lake Tahoe this past fall 🥹✨

When I literally took 30 minutes to decide which photo to post first… I decided on this black and white close up after Katelyn put on her earrings while getting ready. There’s something about the tight crop that just melted me while editing…. And I can’t stop thinking about it

Why is it IMPOSSIBLE to choose which photo goes first? 😂😂

I’m obsessed with all of them, so let me know which one is your favorite in the comments!! 🥹🫶🏼

K & R’s entire wedding was an absolute dream — I can’t wait to keep sharing more from their day soon!!

I had to make a post solely for this epic moment in the boat house with K & R at @valhallatahoe 🛶

They were kind enough to let us shoot in here and Tahoe was POPPIN OFFFF in the background. This was riiiight before the sun fully set & the colors were to die for, and my creative juices were flowingggg ✨🥹🙌🏼

I even captured a Polaroid with their silhouettes and I think we all died & went to heaven 😂😂

I love love love switching between flash & no flash, in focus & background in focus, and so much more to truly tell YOUR story. To share the perspectives of the entire day & the epic location you choose to get married at & all the magic your wedding day holds ✨🤍🙌🏼

I have so many photos to share from this incredible wedding day — but had to make this one the first of many. Congrats x a million you two!!!! 😍

HOUSE takes on the tennis courts! For some, this was another morning on the courts, and for others it was a learning curve with a lot of laughs. If you know me you know which category I landed in. 😂I’m so thankful to work with a group of people that not only support each other in our brokerage, but people that I can truly laugh and have a great time with. Thank you @angelicaalfredrealtor and @mwilliams916 for setting up a great morning for all of us.🎾🏠

The perfect, most intentional, playful evening chasing the sunset with K & R to capture their engagements — it was a DREAM ✨🥹 we started in the meadows and then ran around in the lake at sunset — and their dog Brooks was so muddy by the end of it hahaha. Beyond honored to be your photographer, I can’t even wait for your wedding this fall ✨🕊️🥂

HOUSE ♥️ HOME

Every Wednesday we meet to analyze the real estate market, chat about upcoming listings, catch up, and tour homes before they hit the market.

When baby was born, Wednesday meeting's was a goal for me. It would get me out of the house, become my motivation to shower, help me get movement, and was a way to stay connect/sane.

This week was extra special since everyone came to me ♥️ thankful for this team for being incredible human beings and bosses
