Im bout to get real raw here.
As some of you know from my post, I’m currently doing 75 Hard again. Today is day 30 and last week on day 26. I went through one of the biggest emotional shifts that I’ve ever gone through. It had me questioning a lot of things about who I was, where I was in my life , and what I was gonna do moving forward.
A lot of trauma that I have neglected to address finally resurfaced a lot of those things being grief, and not fully processing the loss of a partner. While I’m currently not fully open to talking about that publicly, I have spoken to my people about how that relationship was and they did hold space for me and validate my feelings.
I’m not going to lie and say that I didn’t think about quitting in that moment I wanted to give up I didn’t want to continue doing this. I didn’t like processing my emotions. I definitely don’t like crying. I hate looking vulnerable. I hate feeling weak. I feel like for those of you that do know me(truly know me) feel like I keep my head on my shoulders pretty well, and sometimes I’m truly amazed by how together I managed to keep myself together considering all of the bullshit I’ve had to go through. But I still found myself feeling guilty for missing someone that’s no longer here, feeling defeated that my life isn’t the picture that I thought it would be at 29, and most importantly, caring about others happiness and mental health instead of my own caused me to be completely overwhelmed with emotions and defeated.
Through channeling all of those emotions on day 26 I’ve learned that it doesn’t make me any less of a person because despite of everything I’m still full of so much love and I care for people so deeply and I am worthy of greatness and love.

Happy happy birthday to my Mason Jar! I can’t believe your 4 years old. You are the sweetest and coolest kid on the block, all thanks to your parents. Please stop growing so fast and tell your parents you want a sibling. Love you so much, love Aunt TT 💙
