D’un moment de contemplation à l’autre, les yeux plissés pour voir un peu plus loin. Qu’elles sont belles les pattes d’oie sous tes cils givrés. Laisse le silence te raconter les montagnes et les femmes.

Went on a girls hut trip for International Women’s rights day. What a blessing !!!!! Thank you to all the women in the mountain community making themselves louder and louder. Thank you to all the women everywhere doing whatever it is that they love. Hell yeah to being a women !!!

From the good ole days of drinking pocket beers and skiing backwards on Whistler to crossing the province for a visit and roping up on the Asulkan Glacier, one thing never changes buddy and that’s how much fun we have 💛 Meowing and being goofy , playing games, chatting about life, and now getting to meet your amazing partner Kat and have so much fun laughing and being silly with her too - even if it comes with the occasional snow spray 😉 What a fun trip to the Asulkan hut I’m so glad you both came to visit ! 💛💛

This year wasn’t carried alone.

I was held by you, each one of you.
Friends who listen;
Yoga buddies who understand.
Students who trust;
And family who supports and love me, regardless of all my flaws.

You are my life support system.
Support my practice, my growth, my nervous system, my mind, my heart, my soul.

You know who you are, being in ny life in any of these way.
Thank you for walking with me through another year;
Making my life steadier, richer, real and alive.

(While I can’t tag everyone in the post, I tag everyone of you in my heart 💓)

Morsels of September and this wild eclipse season we just tumbled through 🌬️✨

Curious what thresholds you crossed and what came to light in this period of dissolution and clarity. I’m sure everyone has a lot to process as we trudge into those darker quiet months ahead. Personally excited for more stillness and space for contemplation and inner attunement. I adore summer, its exuberance and the sense of infinite possibility that it carries. But I’m deeply ready for more rest and to intentionally tend to my body and stoke the heart/h. Sending patience, warmth and love to y’all as we navigate this new season ♥️
